First homegame of the year, first game as a drum major! But we'll have to wait two more weeks for the uniform to be ready.

The first parade of the season! And so much fun to hear Calvin playing the whistle instead of the clarinet.

Day six, final performance, and thilled to be sleeping in my own bed tonight! Also eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to share this experience with Calvin—to see him in his element as a student, as a band member, as a drum major. And he even acknowledged my presence. On a regular basis. I'm pretty lucky.
